Due to my love for acidic foods, I've always suffered from regular canker sores. Until now, I hadn't been able to find any products that would give me relief. In Canada, all you can find at pharmacies are gels, which I find only sting and make canker sores larger. I wish I knew about these patches earlier because they literally make a seal around the entire sore where no food can get in; no pain while wearing them!It starts off as a little tablet and you hold it to the canker sore for 20-30s and it makes a seal. It really does last for many hours, but it depends what you eat and drink. They are pretty pricey so I only use them on bad days but it's so worth it for the pain relief. I will be buying more!
